Anonymous Tip Line

U.S. Integrity is committed to ensuring that players, coaches, trainers, and any other individual that has witnessed or is aware of any improprieties, can report issues anonymously without fear of retaliation. Information relating to the complaint will only be made available to individuals who require it for investigation purposes.

Some examples of circumstances that this tip line should be leveraged for are listed below. However, please feel free to communicate with us about any issue that you feel we can assist with.

• Any participant involved in an athletic contest that is subject to physical threats, harm or emotional abuse catalyzed by gambling-related losses

• Any integrity-related concern, including but not limited to: the misuse of insider information, potential match-fixing, game manipulation or illegal wagering
